As reported by The Daily Mail, the Baggies have had to pay the Hornets a transfer fee of £4 million in order to secure the services of the England international goalkeeper on a two-year contract.

Foster had been on the books of West Brom since the summer of 2012 when he joined from Birmingham City for a transfer fee reported by The Telegraph to be worth £4m after spending the 2011-12 season on loan at The Hawthorns.
The former Manchester United and Birmingham goalkeeper has taken to Twitter to send messages to West Brom and Watford.
The 35-year-old had two loan spells at Watford in 2005-06 and 2006-07 from Premier League giants Manchester United, and he is delighted to be back at Vicarage Road.
