Tottenham Hotspur are going strong in the Premier League at the moment.

Tottenham Hotspur have progressed massively since Mauricio Pochettino was appointed the manger in the summer of 2014. Tottenham narrowly failed to end up in the top four of the Premier League in the 2014-15 campaign, but last season they finished as high as third.

Spurs were Leicester City’s main challengers for the Premier League title last season, and they are doing something similar this campaign. Chelsea are the runaway leaders, and it is Tottenham who are closest to them.

Pochettino is a very good manager, and the way he has nurtured some of the young players at the North London club has been superb. The Argentine wants his players to improve all the time, as 23-year-old Spurs defender Ben Davies has revealed.

“We’ve got a young squad here and our aim is to keep improving all the time – the manager drills that into us and it’s up to us to show it on the pitch,” Davies told Tottenham’s official website following the 1-0 victory over Middlesbrough at White Hart Lane in the Premier League at the weekend.
