Nottingham Forest boss Aitor Karanka is reportedly close to the sack at the City Ground.

BBC Radio Nottingham have revealed that Nottingham Forest sources have told them that Aitor Karanka has not been sacked.
Speculation is rife that Karanka has left the City Ground, with the rumours gathering pace around Forest.
However, an insider from the Reds has told BBC Radio Nottingham that Karanka has not been sacked by Forest at this stage.
Of course, that does not mean that Karanka has not walked away from his post, but that seems an unlikely move from the Spaniard.
Forest have been said to be considering Karanka’s future for some time, with the Telegraph initially reporting it back in December.

Karanka has been tasked with guiding Forest to promotion, but at the moment they sit just outside the play offs.
Karanka retains a great deal of support at Forest from the fans, who feel he is guiding them in the right direction.
But Forest’s owners are ambitious and there have been suggestions that they are thinking about making a change to try and strengthen their side’s promotion chances.
