Pat Nevin has shared that some Chelsea supporters admitted to him that they would take Tottenham striker Harry Kane at their club.

The former Blues player labelled the Spurs hitman as ‘unbelievable’ and thinks he might have to leave North London this summer, as he told Off the Ball.

Since the restart, Kane is getting more minutes under his belt and that is increasing his goals tally, as he proved against Leicester City last time out.

Nonetheless, BBC pundit, Nevin, shared his thoughts on Kane and the reaction he got from Chelsea fans about the England player.

“Harry Kane, how unbelievable is he?” Nevin asked on Off the Ball. “Chelsea and Spurs don’t like each other right. And I asked six Chelsea fans, ‘would you take Harry Kane? Would you love him? He’s a Spurs man’. Every hand is up. Every single hand is up!

“You would take him. The work rate is great as well. The attitude is brilliant. The intelligence and the movement, all of that is sort of great as well.

“But is it Real Madrid, Barcelona, or Manchester United, or Liverpool? He can make his choice and go anywhere he likes. If it’s going to be anything, it’s going to be this summer. It really should be.”

Talk of Kane’s future is always a hot topic and one that doesn’t sit well with the Tottenham faithful.

Trophies is what’s needed at Tottenham, and with Jose Mourinho at the helm, he will be hoping to add that to their cabinet with Kane banging in the goals upfront.

If Mourinho can bring trophies to North London then it’ll no doubt decrease Kane’s chances of leaving the club.
