Pundit Mark Lawrenson has told BBC Sport that he thinks Tottenham Hotspur will claim a 2-0 away win over Hull City this afternoon.
Hosts Hull head into the game having already been relegated, with last week’s 4-0 away defeat at Crystal Palace proving to be the final nail in Hull’s coffin.
Marco Silva gave Hull a fighting chance, but successive defeats to relegation rivals Sunderland and Palace mean that the Tigers will be back in the Championship again next season.
The Tigers will be hoping to go out on a positive note though, and face a tough task against Tottenham Hotspur – a team they lost 3-0 to back in December.
Spurs may have come up short in their pursuit of the Premier League title, but they have still been in scintillating form of late, winning nine of their last ten league games.

Mauricio Pochettino’s signed off from their White Hart Lane home with a 2-1 win over Manchester United last week, and will now temporarily move into Wembley Stadium whilst their new ground is built.
Spurs won’t want to end the season with a heavy defeat against an already-relegated team again having lost 5-1 to Newcastle United last season, and pundit Mark Lawrenson is backing them to beat Hull 2-0 today.

Lawrenson has told BBC Sport that Hull were doomed as soon as they lost to Sunderland, and praised Tottenham for another great season under Pochettino, despite some claiming that they ‘bottled’ the title race.
“Hull were relegated after losing to Crystal Palace last week but it was their home defeat against Sunderland in their previous game that really did the damage,” said Lawrenson. “Tottenham said goodbye to White Hart Lane with a deserved win over Manchester United and they will want to finish the season strongly despite missing out on the title.”
“People will say they did not win anything but Spurs are a very good side who came close to winning the title – they did not bottle it one bit. Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is doing a great job and the rest of the top six would take a lot of their players if they could – that is how good they are,” he added.
