Celtic drew 3-3 with Manchester City on Wednesday evening.

Pundit Pat Nevin has told BBC Sport that he thinks Premier League clubs will be looking at Celtic left back Kieran Tierney after his display against Manchester City.
Celtic took part in a topsy-turvy Champions League clash with Manchester City on Wednesday night, and took the lead inside three minutes as Moussa Dembele diverted the ball home from James Forrest’s cross.

Fernandinho equalised for City before Raheem Sterling deflected Tierney’s cross into his own net, only for Sterling to go up the other end and draw City level.
Dembele made it 3-2 with an acrobatic finish shortly after half-time, but City came back again as Nolito grabbed another equaliser to earn a 3-3 draw in Glasgow.
Celtic will be proud of their display against the Premier League leaders, and pundit Pat Nevin has raved about their performance to BBC Sport.
Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers
Nevin was particularly impressed with Celtic’s first goal, as it came from a free kick mid-way inside the City half. With Pep Guardiola’s men playing a high line, James Forrest made a late, darting run to the back post to avoid the offside trap, enabling Dembele to convert from close range.
Nevin hailed Brendan Rodgers for his technical decision in the free kick, suggesting that he knew City would try to play offside from the free kick, and his work on the training ground paid off.
Celtic’s Kieran Tierney celebrates
The Scot later added that Celtic left back Kieran Tierney deserved the credit for the second goal with a lung-busting run up the left flank, and predicted that Premier League teams will now be interested in signing him after his performance against City.
“The best thing about the goal is that Celtic have started so well, but it’s a technical thing done by the manager,” said Nevin. “They knew Man City were going to keep a high line at the free-kick, try to play offside. That is straight off the training ground.”
“It’s absolutely phenomenal,” he added after the second goal. “Celtic are worthy of their lead. Fernandinho dives in, a stupid mistake, but all the credit goes to Kieran Tierney. If English Premier League clubs weren’t looking at him before, they will be now,” he added.
