Pundit Mark Lawrenson has told BBC Sport that he thinks Tottenham Hotspur will beat Bournemouth 3-0 at White Hart Lane this afternoon.
Spurs hammered Watford 4-0 at White Hart Lane last weekend, with Son Heung-min bagging two goals before striker Harry Kane was reintroduced after recovering from an ankle injury.
Kane is now expected to start against Bournemouth this afternoon, and manager Mauricio Pochettino can also call upon in-form trio Son, Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen as Spurs look to keep the pressure on league leaders Chelsea.
With six Premier League wins in a row and 11 home wins on the bounce, Tottenham are an imposing force right now – and Bournemouth will be hoping to end that winning run this afternoon.
The Cherries lost 3-1 at home to Chelsea last weekend, which brought an end to Eddie Howe’s five-game unbeaten run, which dragged Bournemouth away from the relegation zone.
After losing to the Premier League leaders last week, Bournemouth now face second in the table, and they may still need some more points to make absolutely sure of their survival, with Howe’s men currently seven points clear of the bottom three.

Ahead of today’s game, pundit Mark Lawrenson has told BBC Sport that he can’t see Bournemouth mounting much of a challenge against Spurs, backing the hosts to run out 3-0 winners.
Lawrenson noted that Bournemouth don’t cope well under sustained pressure, and he thinks Tottenham will again rack up the goals this afternoon.
“Tottenham just swatted Watford away last week to make it six league wins in a row and I cannot see Bournemouth stopping them from making it seven,” said Lawrenson. “The Cherries stayed unbeaten in March to climb away from the relegation zone and posed Chelsea a few problems in their last match, but I still watched that thinking that a Blues win was inevitable.”
“It will be the same story against Spurs this time. Bournemouth are lively coming forward, but under sustained pressure they do not look like they have enough defensively to hold out,” he added.
