Tottenham defender provided an assist for Harry Kane.

Trippier provided an assist in the 4-0 away win, helping out in attack as well as keeping a clean sheet.
Crooks picked Trippier in his Team of the Week, and said that he feels the defender’s improvement at Spurs has been terrific.
He said: “Trippier’s performance, it was of the highest order.

“Everything he seemed to do was done with such finesse and quality. It was a Trippier header that set up Harry Kane’s first goal, and it was nothing short of genius.”
Crooks added that he felt Trippier at former club Burnley was a long way off the standard Spurs required, adding: “If you had asked me then was this lad capable of playing Champions League football, I would have told you he had an awful lot of work to do.”

Trippier has improved steadily since joining Tottenham in 2015, and earned an international call up with England.
The right-back hoped to become Tottenham’s first choice right-back this season after Kyle Walker’s departure, but has had to deal with increased competition from new signing Serge Aurier.
Aurier was serving a suspension and missed the game against Huddersfield – Trippier certainly grabbed the opportunity with both hands.
