BBC pundit critical of Nottingham Forest winger Lica

Nottingham Forest failed to win against Birmingham City in the Championship at the weekend.

Nottingham Forest’s disappointing run of form continued at the weekend, as they failed to win yet again in the Championship.

The Reds played out a goalless draw with Birmingham City away from home at St. Andrew’s on Saturday afternoon.

Steve Hodge was following the match, and the former Forest midfielder was not impressed with the performance of Lica, as the following post on BBC Radio Nottingham Sport’s Twitter page shows.

Lica, who is 28 years of age and operates as a winger, started the game and played for 72 minutes.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at St. Andrew’s Stadium on Saturday afternoon, hosts Birmingham had 65% of the possession, took 15 shots of which only two were on target, and earned seven corners, according to BBC Sport.

Visitors Forest had 35% of the possession, took six shots of which none was on target, and earned four corners, according to BBC Sport.

The Reds are 20th in the Championship table at the moment with 27 points from 26 matches.

Forest are just three points above the relegation zone and are in real danger of going down to League One at the end of the season.
