Leeds United continue to be linked with a new midfielder – and another name was touted with a move on Wednesday evening.
Foot Mercato in France reported that Leeds are keen to take Bayern Munich ace Michael Cuisance either on loan or permanently.
Marcelo Bielsa has ‘fallen in love’ with Cuisance according to the report, and has told Leeds to make a move for the Frenchman.
Cuisance, 21, was in the Nancy ranks before heading to Borussia Monchengladbach in 2017, and Bayern saw enough potential in him after just 39 first-team appearances for Gladbach.
Last season, Cuisance played just 10 times for Bayern, as he struggled to break into a midfield that contained Leon Goretzka, Corentin Tolisso, Javi Martinez and Thiago Alcantara, though the latter two have left.
Cuisance may now get a chance to shine with Bayern, but Leeds are ready and waiting to pounce if they wan to offload him one way or another.

Leeds fans may not be too familiar with Cuisance, so let’s see what Bayern fans have been saying about the prospect of him heading to Elland Road.
Some Bayern fans believe that a loan spell with Bielsa would be ‘incredible’, and ‘spectacular’, feeling that it would be great for his development.
Others don’t want Cuisance to go as he can replace Thiago in the Bayern midfield, with some open to letting him leave permanently as long as a buy-back clause is included.
