
Some Norwich City fans have praised Tottenham Hotspur-owned midfielder Oliver Skipp on Twitter for his performance at the weekend.
Skipp was in action for Norwich in their Championship game against Sheffield Wednesday away from home on Sunday.
The 20-year-old midfielder provided an assist, as the Canaries got the better of the Owls 2-1 at the Hillsborough Stadium.
The youngster, who joined Norwich on loan from Premier League club Tottenham in the summer of 2020, had a very good game overall and was good in possession.
According to WhoScored, the England Under-21 international midfielder played two key passes, had a pass accuracy of 89.3%, won one header, took 68 touches, made one tackle and two clearances, and put in one cross.
So far this season, Skipp has scored one goal and provided one assist in 36 Championship games for Norwich, according to WhoScored.

The win against the Owls means that the Canaries are at the top of the Championship table at the moment with 79 points from 36 matches.
