Glasgow Rangers striker Alfredo Morelos is picking up cautions for Steven Gerrard’s Ibrox side.

Morelos is one of the best young strikers in the Scottish Premiership and is a key figure in the current Rangers team.
The 22-year-old striker – who has been on the books of Rangers since the summer of 2017 when he moved to the Gers from Finnish team HJK Helsinki for a transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £1.5 million – is in good form at the moment, but the Colombia international is also picking up red and yellow cards.
Former Rangers midfielder Ferguson, who had two separate spells at Ibrox, has given his take on how Gers manager Gerrard should manager the youngster.
Ferguson wrote about Morelos in The Daily Record: “Morelos walks the line and performs like a player always on the edge and ready to blow, but it’s also what makes him such an exciting talent in the first place.
“It you took that tigerish attitude from him, that devilment that exists in his character, he wouldn’t be half the player who has won the affections of the Rangers support.”
The former Gers star added: “Does Gerrard re-visit the chat he had with Morelos a couple of weeks ago and tell him not to do this or that? Quite frankly, no – he needs to let him play on the edge.”
