Rangers will be looking to continue their good run of form when they take on Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership.

Barry Ferguson has boldly claimed that he has ‘no fear’ for Rangers ahead of their clash against Aberdeen on Sunday afternoon and he expects his former side to ‘steamroll’ the Dons.

Over the course of this season, Steven Gerrard’s side have only recorded one win in six games against Derek McIness’ side, who have knocked them out of the Scottish Cup and Scottish League Cup.

On Sunday, both teams, who have had a number of heated battles this term, will clash for the final time in the Scottish Premiership at Ibrox.

Speaking to PLZ Soccer’s official YouTube account, Ferguson spoke about why he’s so confident about Rangers’ up and coming clash against Aberdeen.

“You know what looking at the game, I have no fear for Rangers against Aberdeen, I really don’t,” Ferguson told PLZ Soccer. “Since the defeat at Celtic Park, Rangers have gone to a different level. Really impressed, especially with the first half against Hearts.

“So, I think Rangers will steamroller Aberdeen. I honestly believe that.”

On Saturday, Celtic recorded a 1-0 win over Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership to extend their lead at the top of the table to 12 points.

Everyone is aware that it is a matter of time before Niel Lennon’s side are crowned champions, but Gerrard can delay the inevitable if they beat the Dons on Sunday.

If they fail to secure maximum points in front of their own supporters then Celtic’s eight titles in a row will be confirmed.
