Graeme Murty’s Glasgow Rangers will face Old Firm rivals and Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership this month.

Brendan Rodgers’s will take on Old Firm rivals Rangers on December 30, and former Celtic midfielder Donnelly has backed the Hoops to pick up all three points from the encounter.
Former Rangers midfielder Barry Ferguson, though, believes that the Old Firm derby on December 30 will end in a draw.
Donnelly told Betsafe: “I am going for Celtic, for a home win.”
Ferguson told Betsafe: “I am going to go with, I think it will be a draw, but Rangers might upset and get the three points.”
Rangers are third in the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 36 points from 20 matches, as many as 11 points behind leaders and Old Firm rivals Celtic.

The Bhoys have already been active in the transfer market, as they have secured the services of German defender Marvin Compper from RB Leipzig.
The 32-year-old centre-back has revealed that the presence of Rodgers as the Celtic manager played a big role in his decision to switch to the Scottish Premiership side.
Compper told The Scottish Sun about Rodgers: “He is very good at communicating with players and making them better. He has shown that in his time here already. I hope to gain some insights. He was absolutely a big factor in me coming here.”
Compper is ineligible to play in the Europa League this season and is also 32 years of age.
There have been some criticisms of the Hoops signing the former 1899 Hoffenheim star, but ex-Celtic forward Tony Watt, now at Belgian club OH Leuven, seems to have defended the decision on Twitter.
