Wolverhampton Wanderers defender Barry Douglas has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Barnsley this weekend.

The Wanderers maintained their good run of form with a 2-1 victory over Barnsley at the Molineux Stadium in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

After a goalless first half, Wolves went ahead in the 80th minute through Bright Enobakhare.

Adam Jackson restored parity for the visiting team in the first minute of injury time, but Alfred N’Diaye scored just moments later to secure all three points for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side.

Douglas did not start the Championship match, but the 28-year-old left-back came on as a substitute at the start of the second half.

The defender, who joined Wolves from Turkish club Konyaspor in the summer transfer window, has expressed his delight at the win for the Wanderers.

The win against Barnsley means that Wolves are now second in the Championship table with 20 points from nine matches, level on points with leaders Leeds United and third-placed Cardiff City.
