Leeds United are reportedly close to signing Patrick Bamford, after completing Barry Douglas deal.

Leeds United wrapped up a deal for Barry Douglas on Saturday.
According to Sky Sports, Douglas, who joins the Whites after winning Premier League promotion with Wolves last season, cost a bargain £3 million.
But is he about to be followed to Elland Road by another bargain?
The Teeside Gazette has reported that Patrick Bamford will undergo a medical with United today ahead of a £7 million move and if Leeds secure both signings for a total of £10 million then it has to go down as an exceptional bit of business by Director of Football Victor Orta and owner Andrea Radrizzani.
Douglas is a player with promotion-winning experience and Bamford is a man with 36 goals in his 71 Championship starts – a fine record and one that makes a return to the Premier League far more likely than with Kemar Roofe and Tyler Roberts as the main source of goals next season.
It remains to be seen whether Leeds can still sign Derby’s Matej Vydra, but he would have cost £11 million, so if United opted for Douglas and Bamford – who scored a hat-trick against his potential new club last term – instead of the Czech then that’s a brilliant decision and one that the club’s hierarchy should be commended for, amid the criticism this summer.
