Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Barry Bannan has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Reading.

Wednesday got the better of Reading 2-1 away from home at the Madejski Stadium in the Championship on Saturday.

Adam Reach and Lucas Joao were the goalscorer for the Owls, while Liam Moore found the target for the home team.

Bannan started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, and the Wednesday midfielder has taken to Twitter to revel in the win for the Owls.

The 28-year-old former Aston Villa and Crystal Palace midfielder has also praised the Wednesday fans for their support against Reading at the Madejski Stadium.

Over the course of the 90 minutes at the Madejski Stadium on Saturday, visitors Wednesday had 49% of the possession, took 10 shots of which four were on target, and earned six corners, according to BBC Sport.
