Leeds United are once again being suggested as a potential destination for French winger Yannis Salibur, but supporters should not get carried away, with Hull City a more likely destination.
Salibur netted eight goals in Ligue 1 this season for Guingamp and provided six assists.

Here is a look at the situation.
What’s the story?
Sport Witness reported yesterday that ‘Leeds United French target can leave’ his current club Guingamp.
The source was French outlet Eurosport, referencing manager Anthony Koumboure, stating that Salibur has permission to leave, with a move to England expected.
Why are the reports coming out now?
Salibur has one year remaining on his contract and it makes sense for Guingamp to cash in while they can.
Last July it was reported by French newspaper L’Equipe that Leeds had made an offer to sign the midfielder.

Salibur reportedly was not interested in playing in the English second division and no progress was made.
There is no word that Leeds have actually re-ignited their interest this summer despite being described as a ‘Leeds target’.
He’s worth how much?
Salibur is now worth a reported £9 million, according to Hull City.
The Tigers made an attempt to sign him on deadline day as a replacement for ex-Whites ace Robert Snodgrass, but a deal was registered too late with FIFA to go through. SkySports reported that Hull appealed the move but failed.
The BBC reported Hull and Guingamp had agreed a £9 million fee.
It is possible that they go back in for the winger but their relegation could discourage him from a move.
Near miss… Hull City manager Marco Silva
At £9 million he is too expensive for Leeds, whose highest fee paid over the past 16 years is £3 million.
His price tag could fall with just 12 months left on his deal now, but Guingamp will want to get as close to £9 million as possible and he will still likely be out of Leeds’ range.
Barring a major show of force from new owner Andrea Radrizzani once his takeover is complete, Salibur is unlikely to sign for Leeds this summer.
