Saidy Janko delivered a man-of-the-match performance last night for Barnsley in their 0-0 draw with Cardiff City.
The right-back was making just his second start of the season after an injury ravaged campaign, and showed he was eager to make up for lost time.
The defender is on a season long loan from Scottish champions Celtic, and is making a positive, if belated, impression.
The former Manchester United youngster got forward as much as possible, but his attacking instincts are well known, and it is the clean sheet he will be most pleased with.
The draw means Barnsley sit in 13th place, on course to consolidate a mid-table finish in their first season back in the Championship.

Janko is putting himself in position to potentially earn a permanent switch to the Tykes in the summer, providing he can build on last night’s display.
Fans are impressed with his contribution so far, with one even calling for the youngster to be handed a 10 year contract…
