Q: What have you made of your team’s start to the season?

A: We’ve excelled beyond my expectations.

Q: What are your opinions on your manager?

A: He’s the best manager we’ve had in my memory.

A: They have Barnsley at heart.

Q: Who is your favourite current player?

A: Marley Watkins.

Q: Who is your favourite ever player?

A: Ronny Glavin – a maestro.

Q: What has been your best memory of the club?

A: Promotion to the Premier League.

Q: What has been your most disappointing moment?

A: Selling our best players in January.

Q: What has been your most shocking moment?

A: The Millwall fans fighting at Wembley. Shocking behaviour.

Q: Which ground is your favourite away day?

A: Anfield (Liverpool) – we won 0-1 away from home.

Q: Who do you consider to be the club’s biggest rival and why?

A: Sheffield Wednesday – they’re our arch rivals.

Q: Who is your one player to watch out for this season?

A: Marc Roberts.

Q: Is there a particular youth player that excites you, and why?

A: Ryan Hedges – he’s one for the future.

Q: Where do you think the club will look to strengthen in the summer?

A: Defence, midfield, attack – definitely a winger.

Q: Finally, what are your aims for this season, and where do you think your club will finish?

A: We’ve done really well. A mid-table finish would be great. We’ve got to try and keep hold of Heckingbottom now!
