Liverpool and Arsenal have been linked to the Barcelona back-up.

Barcelona goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen has responded to speculation linking him with a move to the Premier League.
Cillessen is second choice at Barcelona to Marc Andre Ter Stegen and is open to a transfer.
He has acknowledged interest from both Liverpool and Arsenal, but admits he is powerless over the next step.

Speaking to Fox Sports Netherlands, Cillessen said: “Arsenal and Liverpool are good clubs, but I have to accept [Barcelona’s] decision and continue here
“I will wait for the pre-season to find out what the club decides. If they want to keep me, I have to accept it because I signed a five-year contract.”

The Netherlands international goalkeeper would be a smart addition for either side, although it is Liverpool who have a more pressing need.
Loris Karius’ Champions League final errors highlighted their weakness at the position, despite his later diagnosis with concussion.
Arsenal need to find a succesor to Petr Cech at some stage, although it is not being seen as an area Unai Emery is targeting as a matter of urgency.
