Barcelona are not confident about signing Sergio Reguilon from Tottenham Hotspur in the summer transfer window, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Mundo Deportivo have consulted sources at Barcelona and have learned that they are ‘very sceptical’ about bringing the former Real Madrid left-back to Camp Nou from Tottenham.
The 25-year-old left-back himself has not ruled out making the move to Barcelona despite being a former Real Madrid player.
While Barcelona do have interest in Reguilon, according to the report, the Spanish and European giants are not very confident about signing the £28 million (talkSPORT) player as he is an important figure in Antonio Conte’s Tottenham team.
The Spaniard has made 20 starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League for Tottenham so far this season.

Reguilon has scored two goals and given three assists in those games.
Sergio Reguilon from Tottenham to Barcelona unlikely
In our view, it is unlikely that Reguilon will leave Tottenham for Barcelona in the summer transfer window.
Spurs are not going to sell a player who is doing well as a left-back under Conte, unless, of course, they are offered a lot of money.
Moreover, Reguilon is a former Madrid player, and he will surely be wary of playing for their bitter rivals Barcelona.
