Some Fulham fans on Twitter can’t get enough of Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa after his incredible performance against Manchester City.
The Whites may have been beaten by Pep Guardiola’s side, but there were a lot of positives to take away from the Etihad, including the performance of the Cameroon international.
From minute one it was clear that Anguissa was capable of holding his own against arguably the best midfieild in the league, with a sublime bit of skill in the second minute setting the stage for what would be an incredible performance.
Anguissa completed seven dribbles from the midfield, which is a tally twice as high as any Man City player achieved, despite the Citizens having players such as Riyad Mahrez and Kevin De Bruyne on the pitch.
The 25-year-old has been doing this all season, and after a dodgy first campaign at Craven Cottage he’s now finally looking like a player worth the £30 million that Fulham paid for him.
Hopefully, these types of performances can continue as the London outfit work towards surviving in the Premier League.
