The Chelsea star is a wanted man, according to Guillem Balague.

Renowned Spanish football expert Guillem Balague spoke exclusively to Sky Sports today, and claimed that several Spanish clubs have made enquires to sign Chelsea ace Ruben Loftus-Cheek on loan, but they are being put off by his excessive wage demands.
The 22-year-old shone during a season-long loan spell with Crystal Palace last season, and he showed glimpses of his outstanding potential during England’s World Cup campaign in Russia this summer.
The problem for Loftus-Cheek is that he will find it hard to break into Chelsea’s starting line-up this season, with N’Golo Kante, Jorginho and Mateo Kovacic currently ahead of him in the pecking order at Stamford Bridge.
Balague spoke exclusively to Sky Sports today, and claimed that there are several Spanish sides who are interested in signing the England international:

“There’s no doubt that English players now understand they need to come out of their comfort zones at academies. They need to find themselves in new situations and the people around them are looking for those opportunities. Spanish clubs are making calls, asking ‘how about Ruben Loftus-Cheek’ but the problem is the wage demands. It’s so much money for a young player.”
With the deadline fast approaching, however, any club that wants to sign Loftus-Cheek will have to act fast, and the Chelsea ace might just have to lower his demands, if he wants regular first-team action this season.
