Leeds United kept top spot in the Championship as they secured a point against their fellow promotion pace-setters.

Bailey Peacock-Farrell has taken to Twitter to express his delight at his clean sheet and the fact that Leeds remain unbeaten following the Whites’ goalless draw with Middlesbrough on Friday night which keeps Marcelo Bielsa’s men at the top of the Championship.

The visitors probably created the better chances and did a slightly better job of testing Peacock-Farrell than the home side did of asking questions of Darren Randolph, but the points would be shared as neither side could find the back of the net.
The point leaves Leeds at the top of the table heading into the international break and will have undoubtedly handed a major boost to their confidence given that they managed to battle for a point even though they were not at their best.

For Peacock-Farrell, it was another superb evening as he continues to keep summer signing Jamal Blackman out of the team. The Leeds starlet did not have a lot to do, but he produced a couple of important stops and performed well when coming to collect crosses.
The youngster is certainly doing a fantastic job of proving himself in the number one spot, and is now looking forward to working with Northern Ireland during the break, which he alluded to on Twitter after the Boro draw.
