Some fans have taken to Twitter to reveal their thoughts on the Elland Road pitch, after watching Leeds beat Crystal Palace 2-0 on Monday night.
Players from both sides could be seen slipping all over the place, on what looked like a very difficult surface to play on.
Leeds recently paid £300,000 for the pitch having experienced issues with their old turf, as revealed by The Athletic.
Funnily enough, Marcelo Bielsa’s side bought the pitch from Tottenham.
Judging by the reactions below, some neutral fans think Spurs got the better of Leeds in this particular deal.
The north Londoners just happened to be growing the turf, which they had no immediate use for.

As a result, they struck a deal which saw Leeds take it off their hands, and quickly attempt to install it before Everton visited Elland Road.
Not much was made of the surface as the Toffees won 2-1, although it has now attracted the attention of neutral fans after it mimicked an ice rink last night.
Patrick Bamford even told Jamie Carragher and Chris Coleman that he needed to put rugby studs in at half-time to cope with it!

As The Athletic state, Leeds plan to oversee a full pitch overhaul during pre-season in an attempt to sort their issues at Elland Road properly.
For now, though, the pitch looks problematic, which has attracted the attention of neutral supporters who think Tottenham ‘mugged’ Leeds off.
Let’s see what they’ve been saying…
