Arsenal fans have taken to Twitter to react after some 10-second footage emerged from training at London Colney.

The clip in question shows Pablo Mari getting pushed off the ball by Folarin Balogun, leaving the Spaniard helpless on the ground.

Arsenal’s 19-year-old sensation then races away with the ball, before curling a powerful effort towards the back of the net.

Out of nowhere, David Luiz then appears to divert the ball over the crossbar with an incredible goal-line clearance.

However, supporters weren’t talking about the Brazilian’s heroics.

Instead, Arsenal fans were keen to discuss how easy it was for Balogun to dispossess Mari – it was quite sloppy play from the Spaniard.

His first touch let him down, but the teenager’s hunger to win the ball was seriously impressive.

Balogun’s directness after winning the ball also caught the eye.

He had nothing else on his mind other than to surge towards goal, and he almost found it but for Luiz’s last-gasp intervention.

One fan said Mari needs to get back in the gym after watching the 10-second footage.

Another said that the 27-year-old rarely uses his right foot, which landed him in trouble in this case as he played his way into danger on his left.

Let’s look at what some more Arsenal fans have been saying about the footage…
