The Australia international has sealed a two-year loan move to Parkhead from Manchester City.
The 19-year-old, who featured for his country at the World Cup in Russia this summer, only just joined the Premier League champions from Melbourne City, but Celtic will get him straight away.
Arzani is the second Socceroo among Brendan Rodgers’s side along with Australia team-mate Tom Rogic.

If all goes well, Rodgers will be sending Arzani back to Manchester City a much better player, like he did Patrick Roberts in May.
The English winger enjoyed 30 months at Celtic – 24 of those were under Rodgers, having had six months under Ronny Deila – and it’s clear that Roberts improved a lot under the Northern Irishman.
Arzani trained with Celtic on Friday but Saturday’s trip to Partick Thistle might come a bit too soon for him.
