Eurosport claim that Leeds are ready to smash their transfer record for Traore from Wolves.
Those in the Elland Road boardroom have a long-standing interest in the powerful speedster and they are keen on bringing his talents to Yorkshire this summer.
Whilst Traore lifts supporters off their seat with his raw pace, one question that has always remained over his head is that final ball.
And even though Marcelo Bielsa is renowned for getting the best out of players, Leeds fans don’t want their club to put so much money on the table for the Spain international.
There’s no doubt that the former Barcelona academy product needs fine-tuning and the tactical genius in Leeds’ dugout might just be the right coach for him to grow his game.
But three assists and two goals last season in the Premier League is understandably off-putting.
Although, Traore is currently participating at Euro 2020, and perhaps an explosive tournament for the charging winger might just change a few minds.
