The January transfer window is edging closer as the likes of Liverpool, Tottenham and Arsenal will be getting their accountants ready to prepare themselves for another rumour-filled and money-crazy window.
Could Juventus forward Paulo Dybala swap sharing the training ground with Cristiano Ronaldo to one containing either Mo Salah, Harry Kane or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang?
The last one, whether next month or in the summer, looks pretty unlikely given Arsenal’s current situation.
But that doesn’t rule out Spurs and Liverpool, who have been offered the left-footed technician, alongside the rest of the so-called big-six, according to 90 min.
It is said that Dybala’s representatives have offered their player to those teams, but the player himself isn’t seemingly happy with his current situation.
Dybala made it clear that ‘so many things aren’t true in relation to my contract’, as he was making reference to his agent not being talked to by the Turin club, as quoted by the Mirror.
Liverpool’s trophies under Jurgen Klopp
- Champions League
2018/19
- UEFA Super Cup
2019
- FIFA Club World Cup
2019
- Premier League
2019/20
He also urged for ‘the truth to be told’, as there is clearly some problems between the player and the club itself.
“So many things that aren’t true have been said in relation to my contract,” said a seemingly frustrated Dybala.
“My agent was in Turin for a long time and was never called up by the club. It disappoints me to hear talk of invested financial figures.
“It would be better if the truth could be told, because talking about those aspects in this period pits the fans against me, with all the love I have for Juventus.”

There are no doubting Dybala’s talents and the 27-year-old is an individual who would light up the Premier League no matter which team he plays for.
Italian legend, Alessandro Del Piero once labelled him a player of ‘extraordinary quality’, as quoted by Football Italia. And you can bet every Euro he earns in Italy that every top-six team in England would want him signed up either in January or more than likely in the summer.
If he were to make that switch then someone like Liverpool would no doubt hold the trump card given that they are recent Premier League and European champions.
But that could all change next summer if a certain club from North London lifts the title.
