As a Celtic player, Moussa Dembele tormented Rangers during his couple of years in Glasgow.

And it looks like the French striker is still getting off on taking swipes at the Ibrox club.

Rangers breezed past Celtic to win their first Scottish Premiership title in a decade this season – and in the process, ruined their Old Firm rivals’ historic 10-in-a-row bid.

The Hoops players missed out on a league title this season but Dembele didn’t.

The former Celtic marksman is a Primera Division champion with Atletico Madrid after Saturday’s win.

A lot of fans of the Parkhead club have been congratulating Dembele on Twitter and he has responded to their nice messages, while also aiming a wee dig at Rangers.

Steven Gerrard’s side also went through the Premiership season unbeaten, earning them Invincible status, but the light Blues were unable to win either of the two cup competitions.

And Dembele, a two-time treble winner in Glasgow, finished off with a hashtag that included the words ‘Real Invincibles’.

Scott Brown, in his last interview as a Cetic player last week, aimed a similar swipe at the Ibrox outfit, claiming they weren’t ‘proper invincible’ despite their undefeated Premiership campaign.
