Huddersfield Town striker Karlan Grant has told his club that he wants to join West Bromwich Albion, according to The Express & Star.
It has been reported that Premier League club West Brom have identified Grant as their number one striker target before the summer transfer window closes next week.
The Terriers are looking for between £16 million and £18 million for Grant, who has told the Yorkshire club that he is ready to move on and is ‘eager’ to join Slaven Bilic’s side, according to the report.

Grant has been on the books of Huddersfield since January 2019, with the Terriers’ then manager Jan Siewert describing the 23-year-old as “a natural goal-scorer” and as “an athletic, pacey player” on the club’s official webite at the time.
According to WhoScored, the English striker made 42 starts and one substitute appearance in the Championship for Huddersfield last season, scoring 19 goals and providing four assists in the process.
West Brom have made a disappointing start to their Premier League campaign and have picked up just one point from four matches so far.
