Halis Kokcu, the agent and father of Orkun Kokcu, has told Calciomercato.it the Feyenoord star can envisage himself in Italy as Juventus and reportedly Arsenal eye possible transfers.
The Bianconeri have set sights on the Rotterdam outfit’s Turkey midfielder as Massimiliano Allegri targets a new engine room conductor. Juventus’ scouts identified Kokcu as a target who can offer the Serie A side a similar style to their former £55m maestro Miralem Pjanic.
Roma have also shown an interest in the 21-year-old previously, while several further sides are now keen, too. Feyenoord will want around €20m (£17m) to sell Kokcu in the summer – a figure within Juventus’ budget, with the Turin hierarchy keen to make quality signings.

Arsenal may rival Juventus for a deal with Feyenoord for Kokcu’s transfer in the off-season, though. Ziggo Sport report the 21-year-old is a firm target of the Gunners, who studied the availability of one of European football’s best emerging talents in 2020, per the Daily Mail.
Agent states Orkun Kokcu ‘likes Italy’ as Arsenal, Juventus eye Feyenoord star
Kokcu has kept Arsenal interested in his transfer over the two following years as he grows at Feyenoord. The Netherlands-born midfielder has scored seven goals and provided eight assists in all competitions so far this season. He has also started all 40 of his appearances.

Of his goal involvements, all but one have come in Eredivisie fixtures, having also scored in the Europa Conference League. Kokcu broke the deadlock at home to Slavia Prague during a 2-1 group stage win in September. They will meet again in the quarter-finals next month.
But if the battle for Kokcu’s transfer comes down to Arsenal and Juventus, the Serie A side may hold the advantage for the Feyenoord star’s services following his father and agent’s latest comments. He has claimed: “At the moment, I can only say that Orkun likes Italy.”
