Aston Villa’s official Twitter account hit back at a Wolverhampton Wanderers who was criticising their attendances.

Aston Villa’s official Twitter account has wound up Wolverhampton Wanderers fans by posting about attendances.
Villa were trolled by one Wolves supporter, who suggested that Dean Smith’s side wouldn’t sell out their ground even with £1 tickets available.
But Villa’s account were quick to remind the Wolves supporter that attendances at Villa Park have been higher than at Molineux this season.
The message angered some Wolves supporters, who hit back in kind at their Midlands rivals.
Villa will be hoping that they are playing Wolves in the Premier League next season.
Smith’s men are currently on the outskirts of the play offs, after losing just once in their last 11 matches.
Villa have already moved to strengthen in January, and more additions are expected to arrive before the end of the month.
Wolves, meanwhile, are performing well in the Premier League and currently sit in ninth place in the top flight standings.
