Aston Villa winger Moussa Diaby picked Liverpool centre-back Ibrahima Konate when building the ‘perfect player’.
The Aston Villa summer signing was asked to build the perfect player from players he has played with.
And given that he has played alongside Liverpool’s hard-hitting defender with France, then he put his name up in lights.
Brazil star Neymar, who he worked with at PSG, was also selected when choosing a player with the best ‘right foot’, whilst speed and dribbling went to Moussa Diaby himself.
To nobody’s surprise, Ibrahima Konate was selected based upon his ‘strength’, as Aston Villa posted on Instagram.
In terms of footballing IQ, legendary Uruguay forward Edinson Cavani was selected.
Moussa Diaby’s strong start at Villa
When Unai Emery’s side secured the talents of the all-action winger from Bayer Leverkusen, there was a lot of excitement among fans.
And whilst some players can buckle under the pressure and hype, it hasn’t been the case with Diaby.
He has been outstanding during these early stages and he is also building a very strong partnership with Villa’s in-form striker, Ollie Watkins.
