According to the Daily Mirror, Newcastle United winger Rolando Aarons is interesting Aston Villa, but Rafael Benitez should not even consider selling the youngster.

Newcastle may want to raise funds, but Aarons should not be put up for sale.

The 22-year-old has only had 50 minutes worth of Premier League action this season, but he proved as a youngster that he could be a threat in the top level.

Aarons may not have developed as rapidly as Newcastle were hoping, but selling him now could come back to haunt the Magpies.

The fleet-footed winger has the capabilities to be a real star of the future, and his value is nowhere near its peak right now.

And selling him right now would be far too much of a risk, as if Aarons fulfils his potential, it could be a decision which goes on to haunt the Magpies.
