We round up all the big transfer news surrounding Aston Villa to break today.

McCormack latest

According to Get West London, Norwich City remain the front runners to sign Fulham forward Ross McCormack.
Aston Villa have McCormack on their wishlist, as they aim to sign a new striker this summer.
However, Norwich are said to be willing to pay £15 million for McCormack and that may be beyond Villa’s valuation of the Scottish international.
New strike target

French newspaper L’Equipe believe that Villa have joined the race for Yacine Bammou.
The Nantes forward is being hunted by Leeds United and Wolverhampton Wanderers, but Villa are also keen to bring him to England.
Bammou scored four goals in 32 appearances in Ligue 1 last term.
And finally…

Celtic continue to be frustrated in their chase of Scott Sinclair, with Villa turning down another bid, according to the Daily Express.
Celtic have made Sinclair one of their top targets this summer, and they have made four offers for the forward.
However, Villa have rejected all of Celtic’s bid so far – as Roberto Di Matteo’s side value the former Swansea City man at £5 million.
