Aston Villa star can’t wait to test himself in the Premier League.

Aston Villa midfielder John McGinn has told The Times he feels he is unique and can’t wait to test himself at the highest level.
McGinn helped Villa to win promotion, scoring in the play-off final victory over Derby County.
McGinn does not claim to be better than others, but says he feels he is different, and is excited for the opportunities which lie ahead.
He is currently on international duty with Scotland, hoping to make an impression under new boss Steve Clarke.
McGinn said: “I know I can still improve; there’s still a rawness to my game. But playing against the best players in the world in some of the most famous stadiums in the world can only enhance my game and make me grow as a player.
“But I feel I am different to everyone and, hopefully, I can show that in the Premier League and show it with Scotland too.”

McGinn has been a huge success since joining Aston Villa from Hibernian last summer.
The 24-year-old scored seven goals and provided nine assists from midfield.
There is no reason to believe he can’t transfer his Championship form to the Premier League.
Villa fans will be keeping a close eye on how he gets on in the international fixtures, but really the main concern will be that he avoids injury and gets a rest ahead of pre-season.
