Aston Villa stance on Danny Ings amid Everton and Crystal Palace interest

Aston Villa could sell Danny Ings to Everton amid interest from Crystal Palace in the January transfer window, according to The Sun.

The British tabloid has claimed that Everton and Crystal Palace want to sign Ings from Premier League rivals Aston Villa this month.

Everton have had a loan offer for the £125,000-a-week striker (SalarySport)  turned down, but the Villans could sell him.

The report has added that the former Liverpool striker is ready to stay at Villa for the rest of the season and is not rushing to make an exit.

In our view, if Everton or Crystal Palace make a good offer, then Aston Villa could sell Danny Ings in the January transfer window.

The 30-year-old has not had the best of times at Villa, and head coach Unai Emery could decide to cash in on him now and invest the money elsewhere.

Ings has made eight starts and 10 substitute appearances in the Premier League for the Villans so far this season, scoring six goals in the process.

The English striker has scored one goal and provided one assist in two Carabao Cup matches for Villa so far this campaign.
