Aston Villa boss Steve Bruce is said to be considering putting Aaron Tshibola back into his starting line-up.

Tshibola was deemed surplus to requirements last season by Steve Bruce, and sent out on loan to both MK Dons and Kilmarnock.

During Tshibola’s time away from Villa he showed very little to suggest that he was ready to perform a first-team role in Bruce’s side.
And getting the defensive midfielder back involved again would not be advisable for the claret and blues.

Tshibola didn’t pull up any trees in either Scotland or League One last term, so for him to start impressing in the Championship next season would be some turnaround.
And even though Villa may be struggling for options, Tshibola has shown nothing yet to suggest that he is good enough for a regular starting place in Bruce’s side.
