Brighton and Hove Albion face a challenge keeping Lewis Dunk with Premier League newcomers Aston Villa reportedly very keen.

Aston Villa are interested in reinforcing their defence by landing Brighton and Hove Albion hero Lewis Dunk this summer, according to The Sun.
Villa are expected to spend big after sealing their return to the Premier League in May, beating Derby County in a dramatic play-off final at Wembley.
Wesley Moraes, the 17-goal Club Brugge striker, is set to be the first new face through the door at a cool £22 million and The Sun reports that Dean Smith’s side will then turn to a number of other targets including Stoke City goalkeeper Jack Butland and Southampton left-back Matt Targett.
Dunk, however, is a new name in the frame.

A one club man who has made 270 appearances for Brighton since making his debut a decade ago, the Brighton-born 27-year-old was expected to captain the club next season after the retirement of Bruno Saltor.
But it remains to be seen whether The Seagulls can hang onto the one-time England international with Aston Villa willing to spend big to avoid an immediate return to the Championship.
TEAMtalk claimed earlier in the week that Brighton want £30 million for Dunk, who Leicester City have identified as a potential Harry Maguire replacement.
