Aston Villa are planning to make an offer of €18 million (£16.65 million) for Werder Bremen star Milot Rashica, according to Bild.

It has been reported by the German publication that Villa are leading the race for the 24-year-old, who can operate as an attacking midfielder or as a winger.

The Express & Star has claimed that the Villans are in talks with Werder over the transfer of the Kosovo international, and that the German club are looking for £18 million.

This means that the Premier League club will have to pay another £1.35 million to secure the services of the 24-year-old.

Stats

Rashica has been on the books of Werder since 2018 and has established himself as an important player in the team.

The attacker made 27 starts and one substitute appearance in the Bundesliga for Werder last season, scoring eight goals and providing five assists in the process, according to WhoScored.

During the 2018-19 campaign, the Kosovo international made 19 starts and seven substitute appearances in the league, scoring nine goals and providing five assists in the process, according to WhoScored.

Rashica is a very good attack-minded player who scores goals and creates chances for his teammates, and he would make Villa a better and more potent team in attack.
