The young pair are fit for the Bournemouth game and Ciaran Clark is stepping up his recovery.
Aston Villa are as good as relegated from the Premier League and Kevin Black has now been given the task of manning the sinking rig.
This weekend they take on Bournemouth, a team they beat on the opening day of the season, and go into the game on the back of seven straight defeats.
It has certainly been a tough time for Villa fans and they need pick-ups whenever they can get them.
Well there is some good news on the injury front.
The club have confirmed on their Twitter account today that Ciaran Clark is back in light training whilst talented youngsters Adama Traore and Jack Grealish were confirmed as unscathed from an under-21 game this week:
Grealish featured in the final half hour as Villa were thumped by Chelsea at the weekend. Traore, a summer signing from Barcelona, on the other hand has not played since the 2nd January and will be hoping to get in on the action.
The return of two of their best young players will hopefully give Villa fans a sight at the future of the club, as they prepare for life in the Championship.
