Aston Villa reportedly want to sign Ethan Ampadu on loan

Aston Villa are keen on a loan deal for Chelsea talent Ethan Ampadu, report The Guardian.
Both Chelsea and Ampadu must reject Aston Villa’s approach.
This season is gearing up to be a unique one for Chelsea, and a fresh start, with Frank Lampard set to take charge.
Against the backdrop of a transfer ban, this is a campaign where Ampadu might actually get first team opportunities at Chelsea.
He cannot afford to head to Aston Villa and pass by a rare opportunity at Chelsea.

Villa already have a very competitive midfield, with John McGinn, Conor Hourihane and Jack Grealish among the stars.
There is no guarantee Ampadu would be a weekly starter, and he can’t risk missing out on potential Chelsea opportunities to set on the bench at Villa.
If Ampadu could get 15 Premier League starts for Chelsea, it would be better long term for him than 25-30 at Villa, as he will get a chance to impress Lampard and the new management team first hand.
Injuries and suspensions can strike at any point in the season, and Chelsea shouldn’t have a bright option like Ampadu elsewhere.
For so long the Blues have loaned out their best young players. This season is a chance for the club to change this.
