Stan Collymore has said on Twitter that Steven Gerrard’s Aston Villa would be “perfect” for Manchester United forward Mason Greenwood.
The former Villa striker believes that Greenwood is better than his Manchester United teammate Marcus Rashford.
Collymore has also said that think that the 20-year-old forward should go out on loan for two seasons.
And where should Mason Greenwood go on loan?
Well, according to Collymore, the England international forward should move to Villa.
Mason Greenwood to Aston Villa?
In our view, Mason Greenwood would be a good signing for Villa and would make Gerrard’s side better.
The forward is quick, skilful and connects well with his teammates.
And he is only 20.
Now, Villa do have two quality strikers in Ollie Watkins and Danny Ings, but there is always room in any squad for quality footballers.
However, in our opinion, Manchester United are unlikely to send Greenwood out on loan anytime soon.

Yes, he is only 20, but we all know just how good Greenwood can be.
The England international has huge potential.
Now, of course, there are Cristiano Ronaldo and Edinson Cavani in the squad.
But Ronaldo and Cavani are in their 30s, and Greenwood is the future.
United will be fully aware of that.
The United no. 11 has made 13 starts and two substitute appearances in the Premier League so far this season.
Greenwood has scored four goals and provided one assist in those games.
The youngster has also made three starts and one substitute appearance in the Champions League for United this campaign.
The 20-year-old has scored one goal and provided one assist in those games.
