Bournemouth defender Tyrone Mings played a huge part in Aston Villa earning promotion to the Premier League.

Aston Villa supporters on Twitter have urged the club to pay the money for Tyrone Mings following the latest update regarding his future as they have been left stunned by their stance on the player.
The Sun recently claimed that Villa are not willing to overpay for the Bournemouth centre-back, who thrived on-loan at the Midlands outfit last season.
Mings joined Villa in January when they were in a mess, both in terms of the promotion race, in general form and defensively – that quickly changed.
His arrival and presence at the heart of Villa’s defence changed everything. He became a leader at the back, produced high-quality performances and helped Dean Smith’s side to a 10-game winning run and then promotion.
As things stand, heading into the new season, Mings will be a Bournemouth player, but Villa supporters will want that to change as soon as possible.
There is still plenty of time left for things to change because pre-season is yet to begin, and from a manager and coaches perspective, they would want as many new faces through the door as possible so they can work on the team ahead of the new campaign.

Villa have signed four players so far, including making the loan deals of winger Anwar El Ghazi and versatile defender Kortney Hause permanent.
It remains to be seen how many more faces walk through the door of Bodymoor Heath this summer, but a fair few will be needed for what will be a very tough Premier League campaign
Regardless of what is or is not being said about Mings, the Villa Park faithful just want the club to sign on the dotted line and make his deal permanent.
