Aston Villa fans on social networking site Twitter want Everton-owned winger Yannick Bolasie to start against Millwall this afternoon.
Villa will return to action in a few hours’ time when they take on Millwall away from home at The Den in the Championship.
The Villans will head into the match against the Lions on the back of a 3-3 draw with Preston North End at Villa Park in the Championship.
Bolasie, who joined Villa on loan from Premier League club Everton in the summer transfer window, came on as a substitute in the 74th minute against Preston.
The 29-year-old winger, has scored two goals in 84 minutes of Championship football for the Villans so far this season, according to WhoScored.
With Steve Bruce having parted company with Villa, the Villans are now under temporary charge of Kevin MacDonald.
Villa fans on Twitter have urged MacDonald to include the 29-year-old DR Congo international winger in the starting lineup against Millwall in the Championship this afternoon.
