The Villans host the Baggies in the Championship playoff semi-final first leg at Villa Park this Saturday.

With Aston Villa preparing for their Championship playoff semi-final against West Bromwich Albion, the B6 club has issued an update which will come as a relief to fans.
The Villans have been beset with injuries to key players for much of the season, with the likes of the Birmingham Mail having often made reference to numerous injury crises – as per this report on 4 January.
Arguably the most notable of these was Jack Grealish, whose absence saw Villa labour in the division for months but whose return in March proved the catalyst for a sensational run of form which led to their top six finish.
On Thursday, Villa posted a Twitter message in which they announced that, aside from goalkeeper Orjan Nyland, Dean Smith has a fully fit squad to choose from ahead of Saturday’s first leg at Villa Park.
Needless to say, a Villa fanbase long used to lengthy injury reports over the course of the season were pleased with the (relatively) clean bill of health:
Others, meanwhile, had their calls for players they’d like to see in action, or simply joked about the team photo:
The return leg, meanwhile, takes place on Tuesday 14 May at The Hawthorns and the winner of the semi-final between the two West Midlands sides will face either Derby County or Leeds United at Wembley Stadium on Monday 27 May.
