Aston Villa fans have responded to Everton-owned winger Yannick Bolasie’s post on Twitter following the defeat to Queens Park Rangers.

Villa suffered a 1-0 defeat to QPR away from home at Loftus Road in the Championship last Friday evening.

Bolasie, who joined the Villans on loan from Premier League club Everton in the summer transfer window, did not start the match, but the 29-year-old winger came on as a substitute on 62 minutes.

The DR Congo international winger tried his best and put in a couple of good deliveries into the QPR penalty box.

Bolasie took two shots – both of them were on target, played one key pass, and had 19 touches of the ball, according to WhoScored.

The winger has played 159 minutes of Championship football for Villa so far this season, scoring two goals in the process, according to WhoScored.

The 29-year-old has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Villa’s failure to win against QPR, with some fans of the Championship club responding to his message.
