Clark has been on the books of Villa since 2006, and is a very talented and promising young defender.

The former Wales Under-19 international is on loan at Port Vale in League Two at the moment.

The defender has made 39 starts and one substitute appearance in League Two for Port Vale this season, according to WhoScored.

It will be interesting to see where Clark ends up. The 20-year-old has done well in League Two, and perhaps he could find a club in League One or even in the Championship for the 2019-20 campaign.

As for Villa, Dean Smith’s side have booked their place in the Championship playoffs this season.
